Ben & Jerry’s Is Giving Out Free Ice Cream on April 10

Tags:

We all know that the only thing better than ice cream is free ice cream. That’s why we were so thrilled to hear that Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day is finally here again! On April 10, fans of the beloved company are all invited to join in on the fun at participating Scoop Shops.

For the 40th year in a row, Ben & Jerry’s is doling out free cones and cups to ice cream lovers all across the country. All you have to do is wait in line at a participating location between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. Unlike some other so-called “freebie” deals, this one does not require you to purchase anything else in order to get your free scoop. And unlike some other Free Cone Day celebrations, this one does not limit your choices to just one or two flavors.

Whether you have a favorite classic flavor like chocolate that you always buy, or if you want to try a new wild flavor you never tasted before, now is your chance to get it without coughing up any cash. The best part? You can get back in line if you feel like it! The company says your appetite is the only limit to the number of times you can get back in line.

But if you have your heart set on a certain scoop, you’d better get there early before your local store runs out. This ice cream definitely won’t last long, especially since people are so impressed with Ben & Jerry’s totally pure reason for doing this every year.

“We believe in having fun, and in thanking our fans with free ice cream as each year goes by,” said Jostein Solheim, Ben & Jerry’s CEO in a press release. “To us, it’s a chance to have a bit of a party, to build connections with our fans, and show them how much we appreciate them!”

Well, we’re certainly not about to turn down a thank-you gift!
