It's not everyday that you see a choir full of of seasoned singers being led by a 5-year-old. But that's exactly what little Caleb Serrano is known for, and apparently, the Internet just can't get enough of the young ministry leader and his dazzling voice.
Recently, Caleb returned to the Season Finale of NBC's hit show Little Big Shots to perform a gospel-infused rendition of "This Little Light Of Mine." The little tot encouraged the crowd to join along in the song, complete with feet stomping and hand clapping—and once you see the video, it's not hard to understand why the whole room instantly lit up.
This isn't the first time Caleb has been the subject of the world's admiration, however. Fans instantly fell in love with the passionate singer when he first appeared on Little Big Shots earlier this year, and although he was kicked off the show, his hilarious interview with Steve Harvey went viral shortly after. Just last month, the pint-sized singer charmed audiences once again with a stellar performance on Harry Connick Jr.'s talk show.
“I love gospel music, and I love to sing for Jesus," the tot previously told his local paper, News & Records.
Caleb, who is quite possibly the youngest person to ever claim his title within the church, said he had been led by his grandfather (aka "Papa") to get into the profession. He currently is a worship leader and soloist in the children's choir at his church, Ebenezer Baptist, in Greensboro, NC.
"Caleb is an old soul, full of intelligence, and just an all-around joy to be around,” his dad said to News & Records.
Clearly, it's not hard to see why Caleb has received so much fanfare. We know that his career can only go up from here! We wish little Caleb all the best.
