Whenever a dad does something special for his daughter, we all go to mush. But what this papa did for his little girl has us in a full-on puddle of emotion.
Six-year-old Charlotte Campbell, of Taupo, New Zealand, is deaf, according to the New Zealand Herald. To improve her ability to process sounds, her parents, Anita and Alistair, elected to get Charlotte a cochlear implant. But the device, even though it's pretty in pink, is extremely noticeable, attached behind Charlotte's ear and extending to a node farther back on her head. So Alistair went above and beyond to make Charlotte feel comfortable with the addition to her body: The dad shaved his head and got his first tattoo, a depiction of Charlotte's implant in the exact same spot on his own chrome dome.

How did this make Charlotte feel? She felt the tattoo, chuckled and called the ink, "cool," reports, the New Zealand Herald. Though Alistair's hair will grow back to cover the tattoo, Anita says Alistair will shave it again for special occasions or when Charlotte wants to see it. What a guy!
