What you’ll need for each:
8-oz. canning jar
Red-and-white and/or blue-and-white gingham plaid scrapbook paper
Blue paper cut 1/2"x9 1/2" o
9 1/2" (1/4") red ribbon
with white stars
Elmer’s® CraftBond Glue Spots, Thin Mini and
5" (1") red
If your jar has a one-piece lid, trace around it on the gingham paper. Cut out and glue to the top. If it has a two-piece lid, trace around the flat portion on the gingham paper, cut out. Use Glue Spots to stick it on, then Glue-Spot the lid’s sections together.
Using Glue Spots, fasten the blue paper around the lid’s sides then Glue-Spot the star ribbon over it.
Trace a 2" circle on the wrong side of gingham paper—blue if you’re making Lemon Blueberry Pie Cupcakes, red if you’re making either of the others. Using scallop scissors, cut around the circle outside the line.
Cut a V in each end of the satin ribbon. Fold it in half with tips 1" apart. Place a Glue Spot under the fold to stabilize and stick behind the scalloped gingham circle with another Glue Spot.
Cut a 1"x2" gingham paper tab. Round both ends, then fold it in half. Glue to the back of the gingham circle with the fold just below the point where the ribbon and the circle meet.
Click here to download PDF file containing tags (cww1443.pdf); print the label you’re using and cut out. Place a pop-up Glue Spot on the back, and press it, centered, onto the gingham circle.
Glue-Spot the tab’s free end to the jar lid, placing the fold at an edge so the ribbon can hang straight down.
