Politicians show up at baseball games pretty often--especially when they're cheering for their home teams. But it's not often they get featured on the kiss cam.
When the camera panned across the audience at the Braves vs. Blue Jays game in Atlanta (pausing for a second on an excited young couple), it happened to land on former President Jimmy Carter and his wife, Rosalynn. The two longtime Braves fans have been married for 69 years, but that didn't stop them from smooching sweetly--and ardently!--for the audience.
The 90-year-old former president is battling cancer, so we're happy to see him doing so well--and enjoying life.
