Plus, they're postponing retirement to work at more intellectually demanding jobs longer than previous generations did. The result is a sharper, speedier brain that's better able to navigate the daily onslaught of information, online and off. That's good news, because cognitive function usually begins to slow down as people get older.
The flipside: All that smartphone surfing means Baby Boomers are sitting more than previous generations. But there's a simple solution to that: Get walking!
