One man's attempt to keep his brother's memory alive now means that a little boy has a gift he can cherish forever.
Nine-year-old Logan Kettle was only 15 months old when his brave father, Jeff, was killed in combat fighting as a Green Beret in Afghanistan.
That was in 2007, and ever since, Logan has been learning about his dad and what he did for his country from family members, especially his Uncle Clay, who wants to do everything he can to make sure his brother's memory is honored. One thing Logan didn't have, however, was his dad’s uniform jacket, which mysteriously disappeared after his death.
That's when his uncle stepped in to do something unforgettable. It may have taken him months, but the end result is so worth it (and had us in tears).
