Our thoughts and prayers are with country singer Luke Bryan after this heartbreaking news.
Bryan's little niece, Sadie Brett, known affectionately at Brett, died on Feb. 21. Brett was the daughter of Bo Boyer, the brother of Bryan's wife, Caroline Boyer.

Bryan thanked his fans on Twitter for the love. While the family hasn't released many details about the little girl's death, she was, apparently, battling a health condition for quite some time. According to TasteofCountry.com, Brett had an infection that affected her liver. She was also dealing with heart issues.

The "Strip It Down" singer revealed two months ago that Brett was at Vanderbilt being treated but kept quiet about any other news. Sadly, this isn't the first time Bryan has experienced the tragic loss of a family member. In 2007, his older sister, Kelly, died. Seven years later, in 2014, his brother-in-law, Kelly's widow, died. Bryan and his wife took in their orphaned son, Bryan's nephew.
We're keeping the entire family in our thoughts and prayers!
