Now that's a beauty! Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's royal engagement was announced to the public on Monday, November 27, and now that the news is finally out there, Meghan has flashed her stunning ring from the red-headed royal!

The soon-to-be husband and wife stepped out at Kensington Palace after the news broke, where Meghan happily showed off her bling in a fashionable white trench coat with an emerald green dress underneath. Harry looked dapper in a blue suit with a white shirt and black tie as the two posed left and right for photographers. The ring — which is seriously gorgeous! — features a plain band with a large diamond and two smaller diamonds on both sides. The two smaller stones are from Harry's late mother Princess Diana's personal collection (so sweet!) and the other stone is from a country called Botswana. We wish Harry would have proposed to us with that thing!

The royal statement about their engagement was released earlier in the day. "His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales is delighted to announce the engagement of Prince Harry to Ms. Meghan Markle. The wedding will take place in Spring 2018. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course," Harry's father, Prince Charles, shared. "His Royal Highness and Ms. Markle became engaged in London earlier this month. Prince Harry has informed Her Majesty The Queen and other close members of his family. Prince Harry has also sought and received the blessing of Ms. Markle's parents. The couple will live in Nottingham Cottage in Kensington Palace."
In addition to Harry's family, Meghan's parents couldn't be happier for the pair as well! "We are incredibly happy for Meghan and Harry. Our daughter has always been a kind and loving person. To see her union with Harry, who shares the same qualities, is a great source of joy for us as parents," they said in a statement. "We wish them a lifetime of happiness and are very excited for their future together."
Meghan, 36, and Harry, 33, began dating in August 2016 and Harry publicly confirmed their relationship in early November of that year. However, they just made their first official public appearance together during the 2017 Invictus Games in September. We can't wait for the wedding — and we wonder what roles Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Kate Middleton and Prince William's third baby (who's due in March) will have in the special day!
