One of the most emotional parts of a wedding is a dance between a newlywed and their parent. It's a wonderful way of symbolizing the everlasting love you have for the person who raised you long before your soulmate was even in the picture. But sometimes, this dance can be a challenge if the parent is in poor health.
Take this mother of the groom, who had been battling ALS for quite some time up to the ceremony. She was so sick from the disease that she was wheelchair-bound and unable to do a traditional dance with her son. But that didn't stop him. This amazing man decided to take his mother out on the floor and dance with her even though she was in a wheelchair, spinning her around ever so slowly and holding her close. The unexpectedness of it makes it even more moving.
