Since becoming a Weight Watchers ambassador in October--and joining millions of other Americans who use the points-based eating program to lose weight--Oprah Winfrey has dropped an impressive 30 pounds. But something strange happened when the media mogul was recently asked to explain the secret to her weight-loss success.
Turns out, Oprah owes her impressive weight loss not to the new points-based eating plan, a personal trainer, or an at-home chef as you might expect. Instead, she credits her success to one simple thing: a weight-loss buddy.
And just who is that buddy? None other than Stedman Graham, her partner in romance, life, and, well, everything else--so it makes total sense that he'd be the perfect person to help.

The best part? Oprah didn't even need to coerce her sweetheart into getting on board with her new lifestyle. Indeed, it was Graham's nosiness about the plan that first got him involved.
“He kept asking me what every point was, and I said, ‘Why don't you just join?’” Oprah said during a recent phone call with other Weight Watchers members. “We do hold each other accountable. For me, it's so much better when other people are also counting points.”
We're loving that her supportive guy is helping her get healthier--and helping himself get that way, too! Sounds like a win-win.
