Media mogul Oprah Winfrey is getting candid about her recent weight loss. In a new interview with The New York Times Magazine, the 63-year-old made it clear that she's not stopping until she's in the best shape of her life.
Oprah said, "I can’t accept myself if I’m over 200 pounds." Watch the video below to learn the relatable reason why she insists on staying below that specific weight!
The TV star has dropped more than 40 pounds since recently teaming up with Weight Watchers. She opened up about her experience in a recent interview. "Everybody knows, people who particularly watched the show with me all those years have seen my struggles. I’ve had some struggles," Oprah said at the time, adding that she's finally getting in the swing of things. "I can honestly tell you I struggle no more. I’ve eaten everything I love — tacos, pasta. I’ve never felt deprived."
The best part? Her longtime boyfriend, Stedman Graham, is thrilled about his lady's recent slim-down. "I've lost enough weight [that] he can pick me up and carry me to the pool," she said of Stedman. "I can straddle him without breaking his back." Too cute!
