‘Sopranos’ Actor Frank Pellegrino Has Died
Such sad news. Renowned actor Frank Pellegrino, best known for his role in the hit TV show Sopranos, has passed away. He was 72 years old.

Pellegrino died on Tuesday, Jan. 31 after a long, grueling battle with lung cancer. He was reportedly in a Manhattan hospital when he passed, surrounded by his loving family members. Now, those closest to him are grieving the heavy loss.
“We lost a part of New York today when we lost Frankie,” Pellegrino’s longtime friend Bo Dietl said. “There’s nobody like him, he’s an icon.”
Pellegrino was famous not only for playing the FBI New Jersey bureau Frank Cubitoso chief on Sopranos, but also for his roles in Goodfellas and Law and Order.
