On the longest edge of the package, use the can opener as you would on any can. You’ll have to clamp it down hard on the edge and work a little to turn the handle, but most of the side should be a breeze. Open this side in a straight line and repeat the whole process on the next side before quickly and easily sliding the object out of its plastic cage.
Now celebrate. You’re done with plastic cuts on your cuticles forever.
