If you've got parents of little ones in your life, you'll want to share this revolutionary new technology with them (stat!).
Answering the prayers of parents everywhere, a new app called the Infant Cries Translator can distinguish between four separate crying sounds to tell you exactly why your baby is upset and what he or she needs. Researchers at the National Taiwan University Hospital Yunlin have used the sounds from 100 different newborn babies to differentiate between four main crying reasons, including hunger, a wet diaper, sleepiness, and pain. And the experts say their app is astonishingly on point, with 92% accuracy for [babies](http://www.womansworldmag.com/posts/watch-this-baby-whispering-pediatrician-soothe-two-screaming-newborns-in-an-instant-with-his-booty-wiggle-trick-792450 under two weeks old and 84% for babies under two months old.
The process is simple: When a baby begins crying, simply push the record button for 10 seconds, and after the sounds are uploaded and analyzed, the result will be transferred to your mobile device.
It also has a earning algorithm, meaning that mothers and fathers can customize personal settings for their infants.
