Juggling family responsibilities and work isn't exactly conducive to a regular bedtime. Though we do know that making time for one to ensure you get the recommended 7-9 hours of shut-eye can help keep your body clock in check and keep you feeling better rested. But apparently there's an optimum time to hit the sack.

According to a new study by George Homes, which polled 1,000 people on their sleeping habits ahead of the "hibernation" months, the "ideal" bedtime is 10:37pm, if you want to feel bright-eyed and ready to go the next day.
It also suggests two goose feather pillows, a fairly heavy blanket, and a pair of cotton pajamas are best for getting a good night's sleep during the cold snap.
