Ice-Cream Cookie Pizza

Any way you slice it, this cookie pizza topped with homemade fudge sauce and candies is as sweet as can be!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • slightly softened
  • 1/2 c. Land O Lakes butter
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • Candy coated chocolate pieces
  • Coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Decorator sprinkles
  • Peanuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Ā°F.Ā 

Combine brown sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

Add flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.

Spread dough evenly into ungreased 12" pizza pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.Ā 

Spread ice cream evenly over cooled cookie. Freeze 1-2 hours or until firm.

Combine all sauce ingredients in 2-qt. nonstick pot.Ā 

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until melted and smooth.

Remove from heat; cool slightly.

Cut pizza into wedges. Drizzle with sauce; sprinkle with desired toppings.

Refrigerate any remaining sauce. Reheat in microwave as needed.
