The easy swap that delivers black bean brownies

The trick with this hack is to replace your egg and oil with pureed black beans, and that goes if you’re using a boxed brownie mix or you’re replacing them in your own recipe. The pureed black beans will add texture to your brownies without all that added all that fat. To do: Drain and rinse one 15-ounce can of black beans. Throw them in a blender with a half cup of water and blend until smooth. Then, add the blended beans to your brownie recipe when mixing and bake as usual. That’s it!
