Police Officers Get Call About Suspicious Car With Dogs Trapped Inside, Rush Over to Discover Something Totally Unexpected

Being a police officer is never easy. Every time these first responders get a 911 call, they prepare for the worse. So when the Independence, MO, police department got a report about a dogs trapped in “suspicious” car, they immediately dispatched a few officers to see what was going on. And, just to be safe, they put a call in to the city’s animal control, too.

When they got there, though, it was a totally different story–and a happier one than they expected. Yes, there were a bunch of dogs in one car (at least 20). But they were rescue pups on their way to a dog show to demonstrate their special talents and skills.

No wonder they look happy!

The officers were pretty pleased about the turn of events. They got to cuddle with the pooches, and get their share of kisses.
