Try this facial exercise.
Rest your chin on your fist while applying slight upward pressure, then open your mouth against the pressure of your fist and close it again. Repeat 10 times daily. This move may strengthen the platysma muscle under the chin to tighten lax skin.
Another move you can do? Sit up straight and open your mouth as wide as you can (without discomfort). Then, stick your tongue out and try to touch it to your chin. Hold this pose for three to five seconds, then relax. Repeat 10 times, and perform this set once per day.
Apply a chin wrap.
