If you want to adopt a cat that keeps those baby blues into adulthood, your best bet is to pick one of the following breeds: Balinese, Birman, Himalayan, Javanese, Ragdoll, Siamese, Snowshoe, Tonkinese, Turkish Angora, or Ojos Azules. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that not all these cats are necessarily guaranteed blue peepers, according to Catster. Much like humans, a feline’s eye color can change over time, especially while your pet is young.
