A Chocolate Fudge Cake That’s So Simple and Sweet

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup of dried fruits and nuts
  • 1/4 cup of biscuits or cookies

Instructions

  1. Heat sugar, milk and cocoa in a pot, until the ingredients combine.
  2. Remove from fire and add powdered milk, stir vigorously until you achieve a homogenous mixture.
  3. In the end, add some of the crumbled biscuits, dried fruits and nuts and chocolate.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray (i.e. 24x24cm) lined with parchment paper and stick the remaining biscuits into it.
  5. Cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
