Goldie Hawn Just Turned 74 and Is Starring in Her Biggest Role Yet — Grandma!

Tags:

Hard to believe, but the gorgeous Goldie Hawn is 74 years-old.

From the time the bubbly blonde first hit Hollywood with her Oscar-winning role opposite Ingrid Bergman and Walter Matthau in 1969’s Cactus Flower, followed by star turns in everything from There’s a Girl in My Soup to Shampoo and Private Benjamin, the Academy Award winning star has captivated moviegoers around the globe.

She might have been making the world laugh for decades, but if asked what makes her own heart full, the answer is always the same — family.

“A good family is the answer to happiness,” says Goldie, who shares four children with long-term partner, Kurt Russell, in an interview with Australian Women’s Weekly.

Goldie is a mom to Oliver and Kate Hudson from her previous marriage to Bill Hudson, while Boston Russell is from Kurt’s previous marriage to Season Hubley. The couple also share a son together, Wyatt Russell.

“I look at our kids and grandchildren and there’s nothing in the world that could make me as proud as I am of all them.”

Oliver and wife Erin have given Goldie and Kurt three grandchildren, sons Wilder Brooks, Bodhi Hawn, and daughter Rio.

His sister Kate has also brought three grandkids to the party. She is mom to Ryder Russell, Bingham “Bing” Hawn, and sweet one-year-old daughter Rani Rose.

“Being a grandmother is amazing, I love it,” says Goldie. “It brings incredible joy. Family is so important.”
