Everyone knows how hard it is to make healthy food choices, but don’t fret, because Oprah Winfrey is coming to the rescue! The media mogul always struggled with her weight, but she’s finally found something that works — and now she’s helping fans live a healthier lifestyle by partnering with Kraft Heinz to create her own food line, titled “O, That’s Good!”
“I’ve been asked over the years to do anything you can imagine to attach my name to it,” the 63-year-old told People. “I have always just wanted to stay in my lane and to do what was organic for me, authentic, and natural. Food would be it.”

She explained that the recipes will be inspired by the things that she likes to include in her own diet, which all follow the same theme — comfort food classics with a healthy twist. The line is starting with four different types of refrigerated side dishes and four soups. Both the Original and Garlic Mashed Potatoes will feature cauliflower as a healthy addition, the Three Cheese Pasta will feature butternut squash, and white beans will be added to the Creamy Parmesan Pasta. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup will feature butternut squash and celery, while carrots will be added to the Creamy Tomato Basil Soup. Cauliflower is used in the recipe for the Baked Potato Soup and the Creamy Butternut Squash Soup will feature pureed sweet potatoes and carrots.
“They mentioned the idea of making nutritious food accessible to a lot of communities that do not have that option,” she said. “And that is what intrigued me.”
Even though Oprah credits her weight loss with the Weight Watchers plan, she explained that her new line — which is slated to hit stores nationwide in October — will not be considered “diet food.” Instead, her goal is to help people make healthier food choices.
