Finding the perfect wedding menu is tricky to say the least. Couples want to be sure their guests are happy without breaking the bank. Unfortunately, a design choice on this bride and groom’s RSVP cards gave attendees a questionable meal option–children

A Reddit user posted a photo of the wedding invitation titled: “I’ll have the 10-year-old, please, medium rare.”

At first the card looks normal. But when guests pick an entrée, in addition to beef and pork they can choose “child (12 and under).” Diners are also encouraged to note any dietary restrictions.

Surely this pair only meant a children’s meal rather than a meal of children, but this poorly worded card took on a whole new meaning.
