6 Ways to Get Tons of Free Stuff to Spoil Your Grandbabies

Tags:

Whether you’re expecting your first grandbaby or are a seasoned grandmother with years of experience under your belt, the most important part of your role is the same: spoiling those kiddos! You’ve done your time as the responsible parent and now you get to focus more on all the fun stuff about watching those little humans grow.

Of course, you don’t want to go broke while providing for them. That’s what makes all of the options below so perfect — each one is either totally free or will only cost you under $10. Plus, all of them include plenty of helpful items for your grandbabies’ parents, too. Serious grandmas might even want to sign up for all six of these amazing programs. Whichever way you choose to go, your grandkids will definitely know exactly how much their grandma loves and cares for them.

Take a look to see which program is the best fit for the little ones in your family!

1. Enfamil

According to the description on their website, enrolling in the Enfamil Family Beginnings program will give you the chance to receive up to $400 in free gifts and submit you for a chance to win free formula for a year. The free gifts range from formula samples, coupons, belly badges (to mark mom’s growing belly), and access to expert advice.

2. Target

When you sign up for a baby registry at Target (who says only the parents can create one?), you’ll receive the Baby Welcome Kit totally free. You have to pick it up at Guest Services in the store, but it’s filled with up to $100 worth of items, according to their website. The blogger behind Thrifty Nifty Mommy shared the long list of free products she received in her bag, including diapers, pacifiers, baby wash and lotion, breast pads, milk storage bags, and ointments.

3. Amazon

Like Target, Amazon offers a welcome box full of free things after you sign up for their baby registry. However, you have to spend at least $10 on an item from that registry before they send the freebies your way. That said, the box includes a 15% coupon for items on your registry and allows you to add items from other retail sources as well.

4. Walmart

The Walmart Baby Box comes in three different categories: pre-natal, newborn, and toddler. You will have to pay $5 for the shipping cost, but they promise a box filled with curated samples according to the baby’s life stage. They will also provide boxes for the next stage of the child’s life as they grow, depending on how early you sign them up.

5. Noobie Box

Like Walmart, you’ll have to pay $6.95 for shipping the Noobie Pregnancy Box, which is packed full of goodies that more than make up for the cost. The items vary, but you can get an idea from their current edition, which includes Aquaphor baby ointment, Cuties set of five diapers, DrKids nasal drops, Lansinoh breastfeeding set, MAM Bottle & Pacifier, Prevail set of 2 liners, Purell surface disinfectant, and WaterWipes baby wipes.

6. Imagination Library Books

Dolly Parton was inspired to put as many books into the hands of as many children as possible by her father. “He was the smartest man I have ever known, but I know in my heart his inability to read probably kept him from fulfilling all of his dreams,” she explains on her website. The program gifts one book per month to children up to the age of five. They ship books all across the US and other countries, but you’ll have to check if they provide for your specific area.
