A One-Pan Breakfast Recipe That Will Help You Start the Day Off Right

Forget the bacon, egg, and cheese, because our One-Pan Breakfast has all your favorites in one skillet! Crispy croutons with bacon, sausage, egg, and tomatoes make this one-pan dish burst with flavor, so you start your day with the perfect combination of delicious flavors. To make our One-Pan Breakfast, follow the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 lean pork sausages
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 Turkish bread roll
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Tomato sauce, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan on medium. Cook sausages for five to six minutes, turning until golden. Add bacon. Cook for two to three minutes, until bacon is crisp and sausages are cooked through.
  2. Break bread into croutons and add to pan. Cook for one to two minutes, stirring until golden and toasted. Add tomatoes to pan.
  3. In a medium jug, whisk eggs and water together. Season to taste. Pour over sausage mixture and cover.
  4. Cook for eight to ten minutes until just set. Serve hot or cold, with tomato sauce if preferred.
