From our 11/7/16 issue: Print the label for our Caramel Macchiato Cocoa Mix

What you’ll need (recipe makes four portions):

4 (12″) circles of red or green cellophane

Narrow red or green ribbon or cord

Assorted snowflake stickers

4 glass mugs

1 sheet of white cardstock

Glue stick

String, red-and-white or green-red-and-white if possible

  1. Place a bag of mix in the center of each cellophane circle. Draw the cellophane up around them, forming balls; tie tightly, then spread out the cellophane edges neatly. Add snowflake stickers to the balls at random, then place the balls in the mugs.
  2. Load your printer with cardstock. Click here to download tag and recipe; print. You’ll get four on the page; cut out. Tape a toothpick to the back of each tag. Glue-stick recipes to their backs, right over the toothpicks, then poke the toothpicks down through the center of the tied cellophane.
  3. Use the string to tie the candy-dipped spoons to the mug handles. If the gift won’t be given immediately, wrap the candied part of the spoon in plastic wrap first.
