Peeps Announces Eight New Flavors for Spring — Three of Which Are Mysteries

Tags:

If you’re anything like us, you love to prepare for the Easter season by indulging in a few Peeps. There’s just something about those sweet marshmallow treats that tastes like spring! And during this festive time of year, the company is upping the ante by announcing eight new flavors — three of which are mysteries.

Fans of sour candy can jump up and cheer, because new Sour Cherry-flavored Peeps will be available in grocery stores nationwide. Breakfast enthusiasts will be pleased to hear they can pick up Pancakes and Syrup-flavored Peeps exclusively at Kroger. Meanwhile, three other exclusive flavors — Neapolitan, Lemon Sherbet, and Orange Sherbet — will be available only at Target. Considering the Neapolitan flavor includes a tasty chocolate-and-strawberry filling and that both the Lemon and Orange Sherbet flavors are dipped in yummy fudge, we’re pretty intrigued by these next-level goodies — but not as intrigued as we are by the three mystery white Peeps flavors.

Available only at Walmart, the three mystery Peeps flavors are sure to entice customers all over the country. It’s not the first year the brand has dabbled in mystery flavors, but let’s face it: Playing the guessing game with friends and family never gets old — especially if there are treats involved! It’ll be even more fun when the brand makes the “big reveal” sometime before Easter, so be sure you stay tuned for the announcement after making your best guess.

Have you tried the new mystery flavors from Peeps yet? What flavors do you think they are?
