If you’re looking for more ways to ways to earn money without leaving your home, you might want to take a look at your phone. Paula Mayers is earning serious money working at home for a customer service call center. Read on to learn how she does it!

How to Make Money Answering Phone Calls

“Several years ago, after working full-time for many years, I was ready for a change. I’m naturally friendly and talkative, so I wanted to find a job that would allow me to interact with people. Since I didn’t want to put my two young children in daycare, I also needed a job that was flexible.

“I started to research work- from-home jobs, but I kept coming across scams… until I found Working Solutions, which is a company that offers other businesses out- sourced tech experts and sales and customer service representatives. After I completed an application and took a test that evaluated my listening skills, I had a phone interview, where I was asked questions such as how I solve problems and if I’m an optimistic person.

“Within a day, I was hired to provide technical support for one of their clients. Today I work as a mentor for an inbound call center, fielding calls from customer service reps and customers who need help.

“On an average day, I work eight hours, but sometimes I only work six, and I earn about $300 to $400 a week. I love that I can set my own schedule and build my personal life around my work.

“The money is great, and I love that I get to help people every day. And having a job where I get paid to talk is icing on the cake — so much so that my job never feels like work!” — Paula Mayers, 53, Murrieta, CA.
