Sweet Husky Jumps for Joy After Discovering Her Very Own Ball Pit

There’s nothing quite like a ball pit. Whether you played in one as a youngster or your kids or grandkids enjoy them now, it’s hard to deny the simple joy that comes from jumping into a never-ending pile of colorful spheres. Well, one smart dog owner named Charlie decided to bring that same joy to his pet husky, Tetra — and the pup’s excitement over her very own ball pit is probably the cutest thing you’ll see all day.

How did this ball pit come about? As Charlie explains, Toys ‘R’ Us is closing up shop all over the country and giving away a wide variety of toys for a much cheaper price than usual. So he just couldn’t resist taking advantage of an amazing sale at his local store, which advertised 250 ball pit balls for just $2. Incredibly, he ended up walking out of the store with a whopping 5,400 balls. “What did I do with 5,400 ball pit balls?” he said. “I made my dog the happiest dog in the world.” Because of the video going viral on his YouTube channel, Tetra’s adorable expression of happiness has already been viewed hundreds of thousands of times.

Look at this doggo having a ball (literally!) in what was once a normal hallway. Also, be advised that there’s adult language in this video:

Is it just us, or does Tetra seem to enjoy her ball pit even more than kids enjoy theirs? We have to admit that we’re tempted to convert a few of our hallways into ballways for our precious pets. But Charlie told WomansWorld.com that he’s since relocated the area of fun for his dog into an even better setting.

“We actually moved the balls into an empty room at the end of the hall to make sure she didn’t get into trouble with them open in the hall,” he said.

Days into this adorable project, Tetra is still “absolutely loving” her new play space.

“She goes to that door like 10 times a day and cries to go in and play,” Charlie added.

OK, the temptation to recreate this room is now becoming a plan we must put into action. The ball pit is officially calling our dogs’ names loud and clear. Now, if you’ll excuse us, we need to clear out a room in our homes!
