3 Ways to Get Rid of Those Jiggly Arms Fast

These fast fixes will firm up your upper arms in a flash. Choose one or try them all, and watch the jiggle melt away in no time.

Eat more protein every day. 

Beef up your daily diet by getting at least 20 grams of lean protein at each meal, such as grilled chicken or salmon. This provides the body with amino acids that build muscle mass to help firm that flab quicker. In one study, increasing protein intake helped boost muscle synthesis by 25 percent.

Use a compress with grape-seed oil. 

Rub three drops of grape-seed oil on your upper arms and wrap with an ACE bandage; remove after 10 minutes. The pressure from the wrap helps push out fat-trapping fluids while the oil’s polyphenols improve skin elasticity, resulting in a more toned appearance.
