The singer, who has put his work on hold to look after his cancer-stricken 3-year-old son Noah, just revealed he has made the difficult call to pull out of hosting The Brit Awards this year. The award show, which will take place next month, would've been the biggest hosting gig of his entire career.
Though Bublé's son was well enough to go home to celebrate Christmas, it's clear he still has a battle to fight. And it's clear that this battle is the singer's top priority right now.

UPDATE (11/11) -- Michael Bublé has made a vow not to sing until his 3-year-old son Noah has beaten liver cancer, according to his friend David Foster. Foster also said the singer has been in a "huge bubble" since he heard the news. But Foster also shared a message of positivity for the family, saying, "He’s in good shape. He’s got good doctors around him. We will hope and pray for a good outcome, which I believe that they will have."
UPDATE (11/10) -- Finally some happy news for Michael Bublé and his family. Bublé's son, Noah, is battling liver cancer, but according to Mirror.co.uk, doctors have given him a 90 percent chance of surviving after chemo. "They say that children are often strong enough to withstand chemotherapy... and my nephew is a warrior," said Noah's aunt, Daniela Lopilato.
UPDATE (11/9) -- Michael Bublé's 3-year-old son Noah has been diagnosed with liver cancer, according to DailyMail.co.uk. The little boy has reportedly started chemotherapy treatments, which will last four months. Bublé's sister-in-law Daniela Lopilato said, "If God wanted it to be discovered that way, it's because he wants to save Noah. Cancer is a horrible illness but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this."
UPDATE (11/7) -- Michael Bublé's sister-in-law said the singer's cancer-stricken son does not have leukemia or anything in the central nervous system, despite earlier accounts claiming that he did, according to UsMagazine.com.
Daniela Lopilato reportedly told an Argentinean journalist that more information is forthcoming and that Bublé and his wife will publish more statements. But for now, this is all she can say about the couple's sick 3-year-old.
"To tell you the truth, I’m devastated. This is very recent," Lopilato said. "The only thing I ask is that you don’t speculate because not everyone has children and can understand what this means."
(11/4) -- Michael Bublé has made a heartbreaking announcement about a beloved family member's health. He's received the news no parent ever wants to receive about their child--and just took to Facebook to share it with his followers.
Bublé's 3-year-old son Noah has been diagnosed with cancer.
“We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the US," Bublé wrote in his Facebook statement.
He did not specify what type of cancer the little boy is suffering from.
He continued, "We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children. Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well."
