Mom Samantha Carroll knew she put on too much weight when friends started asking when the baby was due. She wasn't pregnant. And her "baby" was four years old.
"I was heartbroken, and totally fed up," she said.
So Carroll decided to try a weight loss plan called the Cambridge Weight Plan, and it worked wonders. She went from a size 18 to a size 10 after completing the weight loss plan, which involved swapping her former meals with healthy replacements.
Now, she has a smoothie for breakfast, a morning snack of sliced orange, a tuna pasta salad for lunch, an afternoon snack of a Cambridge Weight Plan bonus bar and salmon with roasted vegetables for dinner. And she couldn't be more pleased with the results.
"I lost confidence and being overweight was the worst thing for me," Carroll said. "But when I lost the weight I felt I got myself back."
