Hertz is offering work-from-home jobs now? We know, it seems to good to be true. But according to an announcement on the car rental company’s official website, this news is as real as it gets. And we couldn’t be more excited.

Specifically, Hertz is looking for both part-time and full-time call center specialists to assist customers with different car selections and also to sell different products from the company. There’s an hourly base pay, along with the opportunity to earn commission based on sales. Payment bonuses can even reach a whopping $4,800 during the first eight months, depending on what specific position you have.

As described on the company website: “The Virtual Sales Specialist is fast paced, sales driven, inbound call center position. This service allows customers to go to a rental kiosk at a number of locations (on airport and off airport) across North America and get assistance with their car rental through a live video interaction with our Virtual Sales Specialists.”

If you wish to apply, you’re required to have a minimum of one year of sales and customer service experience, along with fabulous customer service and oral communication skills. Also, even though these positions are remote, you’re still required to live in specific regions where they’re based to be eligible. The current openings are in Florida, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arizona, Idaho, Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina and Illinois.
