Prince Harry is going to Chicago this month to see the Obamas. The beloved royal will be across the pond on October 31 to attend the inaugural Summit of the Obama Foundation, according to the Kensington Palace.
"His Royal Highness will attend the Summit at the invitation of former US President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama," reads the press release. "During the event Prince Harry will take part in a conversation about ways to support and encourage youth leadership to tackle both local and global challenges."
The former president announced the first summit for his foundation, which he launched back in 2014, last month.
"We're inviting civic leaders from around Chicago, the U.S., and the world to come together to exchange ideas, explore creative solutions to common problems, and experience civic art, technology, and music," he said.
Considering how creative and considerate Prince Harry has proven himself to be over the years, we're sure he'll be a perfect fit for the summit. It's no surprise he was asked to join, especially since Prince Harry has met the Obamas numerous times before, both during and after his presidency.
Most recently, the two men were pictured together in September at the Invictus Games in Toronto. Not only did they shake hands with players in the wheelchair basketball game, they also cheered on the athletes together in the stands. What fun!
Even though Prince Harry is coming to Chicago to work with the former president, we're sure they'll find a way to fit at least a little fun in.
After all, it'll be Halloween, and Prince Harry's presence is always a treat!
