The Royal ‘Fab Four’ Will Reunite for the First Time Since Meghan and Harry’s Documentary Interview

It’s been less than a week since the explosive documentary unveiled some hard truths about the royal family. In Harry and Meghan: An African Journey, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex addressed some of the biggest claims that have circled around them over the past year, including the alleged “rift” between the two princes.

And now, it has been reported that the pair will be seen publicly with Prince William and Kate Middleton for the first time since the documentary aired.

Last year, the royal fab four joined the queen and other members of the royal family at Westminster Abbey, an engagement which is set to be repeated this year.

According to new reports, plans are underway to ensure that the event goes “smoothly.”

While they have carried out separate engagements over the past few months, the last time we saw the group together was during Archie’s christening in July. At the time, royal fans were quick to note the “frosty” appearance between the two couples.

During Prince Harry’s interview, he appeared to confirm the infamous “rift” between himself and Prince William, with the Duke telling ITV journalist Tom Bradby that “inevitably stuff happens.”

“The majority of the stuff is created out of nothing but as brothers, you know, you have good days, you have bad days,” he said.

Harry added that these days, the brothers are on “different paths” and “don’t see each other as much as we used to because we are these days.” But Harry reiterated, “I will always be there for him as I know he will always be there for me.”

Meghan also shared a heartbreaking insight into the toll the intense public and media scrutiny has taken on her mental health.

In a candid scene from the documentary, Meghan spoke about her reception from the British public, admitting that while she never thought it would be easy, “I thought that it would be fair.”

Explaining her experience, the duchess said, “It’s not enough to just survive something, that’s not the point of life, you’ve got to thrive and feel happy.”

“I’ve really tried to adopt this British sensibility of a stiff upper lip… I’ve tried, I’ve really tried.”

Describing her experience to ITV’s Tom Bradbury, she explained that experience such intense criticism while pregnant and then raising her first child was a “very real thing to be going through behind the scenes.”

The new anecdotes about the royals have sparked a viral hashtag, #WeLoveYouMeghan, as supportive fans rally around the couple.

Bradby also added that during his time with the royals, Prince Harry admitted he would like to relocate to Cape Town with his family, leaving behind London as their current base. However, the Prince added that it would be near impossible to do that at the moment.
