In anticipation of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s upcoming royal wedding, fans have taken to crafting their own commemorative plates — but one plate, in particular, is getting a bit of a side-eye. Discovered on craft shop Etsy, the plate celebrates the upcoming marriage between Meghan and Harry…with pop star Ed Sheeran standing in, instead of the Prince. And though the singer shares Harry’s red hair and home country, he’s unmistakably not a member of the House of Windsor.

Since then, we’ve started thinking about what other weird royal family memorabilia and merchandise must exist out there. And it isn’t just all these new, fan-crafted pieces either. Just think about how every time there’s impending nuptials or a baby on the way, they start making those commemorative ceramic thimbles. Even though we would happily add them to our collection, there is a moment of pause where we think, “Why a thimble? Am I supposed to remember Prince George‘s birth every time I cross-stitch?” Maybe. But with that in mind, we figured that there had to be a lot of bizarre vintage memorabilia out there as well. And there are some truly unforgettable ones out in the world.

So get ready to see the typically proper family like you never have before, because we did some digging and found serious gems when it comes to celebratory items. We have a feeling these are things you might not even know exist, but they sure do and they’re all as over-the-top as you’re probably already imagining. But still, plenty amazing at the same time.
