Most people consider showing up to an event wearing the same outfit as someone else to be a fashion faux pas, but not this grandmother and granddaughter duo.
Nineteen-year-old Jenn Miller has recently found the perfect dress for a family wedding when her grandmother caught sight of the frock. Grandma Susan, 70, was intrigued by the intricate floral pattern on the sleeve and asked Jenn if she could try it on. And how can anyone turn down such a pure question from Grandma?

Once she slipped into the black lace number, Susan completely fell in love with the dress. "I just love the embroidery on the sleeves," Susan told BuzzFeed. But, not wanting to step on her granddaughter's toes, Susan asked if she could buy the dress for herself to wear to the wedding. In her day, wearing the same dress as someone else was a "big taboo," so Susan "didn't want to wear it if it was going to embarrass [Jenn]."
Fortunately, Jenn got a laugh out of the whole thing and was delighted by the idea of matching.
"My gram decided to buy the same dress so we can match at my cousin's wedding.. sad part is she prob wears it better!!" Jenn tweeted with a side-by-side photo of each woman wearing the dress.

While the pair patiently awaits the day of the wedding, one thing is for sure: These two will have another special moment to treasure forever.
"I think it's nice. When I grew up, it wasn't something that you did," Susan said.
