The terrible wildfires in Gatlinburg, Tennessee have taken a horrific turn, with the news reporting at least 10 deaths and 80 injuries in the area. Countless other citizens have suffered severe property damage as well.
But in the midst of all the destruction and chaos, a positive image has emerged from the most unlikely place.

Journalist Kelsey Leyrer has been sharing a wide variety of images from the places where the wildfires hit. Sadly, many of them includes people's homes, some of which are destroyed completely.
But there was one home that was almost entirely gone that is capturing everyone's attention on the Internet. And it's all because the homeowner in question had only one thing left unscathed in the ruins.
And that thing is a statue of Jesus.

Is it any wonder why this image is going viral?
