You Can Now Make Campbell’s Soup in Your Keurig Coffee Machine

If instant soup isn’t fast and easy enough for you, this new product from Keurig and Campbell’s should be your next supermarket buy.

Though this isn’t the first food you can make with the machine–Nature Valley introduced instant oatmeal K-cups this past spring–it’s certainly a new step into food for Keurig. You can now make classic chicken noodle soup in just two simple steps with the Campbell’s Chicken Broth and Noodle Soup K-Cup (.67 oz, 16 ct.): empty a soup packet into a 12-ounce mug and pop the broth K-cup into the brewing system. “We know more than 80 percent of people who buy Keurig pods also buy Campbell’s soup, so bringing together two products people love in one handy kit is a winning idea,” Michael Goodman, Marketing Director at Campbell Soup, said in a press release for the cups.

We’ll have to wait to see if everyone jumps at the chance to put their Keurig to use outside the morning, but we’re guessing college students will be the first to enthusiastically embrace this speedy new soup innovation.

Watch their quick video to see the easy 3-step system.
