  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tbs. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbs. parsley
  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 2 Tbs. butter, melted


Mix cheese, garlic salt and parsley. One at a time, dip wings in butter, then roll in cheese. Arrange on lined sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Dip in sour cream mixed with garlic salt.
