- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (10 oz.) package fresh tortelloni cooked
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. spicy marinara pasta sauce warmed
Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with parchment. Beat eggs. In another bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, and garlic. Working in batches, coat tortelloni in flour; dip in eggs. Coat in panko mixture. Transfer to baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. Bake 25 minutes until golden, turning once. Serve with sauce.
