The easy secret to this bowl of goodness? Simply doctor up canned soup with extra cheese, Dijon mustard, and other seasonings, then garnish with baked ham.
- 2 (10.5 oz.) cans condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. deli-sliced ham
- 2 tbsp. chopped chives
- Carrot strips (optional)
In pot over medium heat, prepare soup with milk according to can instructions. Stir in Cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper until blended; heat through.
