							<p>In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, zest and celery seeds. Add coleslaw mix; toss until combined. Cover; chill.</p>
<p>Prepare grill for medium direct-heat cooking. In separate bowl, combine ground beef, Heinz 57 sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Shape into 4 (½" thick) patties.</p>
<p>Grill burgers, flipping once, 4–5 min. per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Fill buns with lettuce, burgers, coleslaw and pickles.</p>
