These keto antipasto kabobs, courtesy of recipe developer Chelsea Cohen of SlimFast, prove that you don't have to give up tasty appetizers just because you're on the keto diet.
- 2 c grape tomatoes
- 2 c marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 c Spanish green olives
- 1 c kalamata olives
- 2 c marinated fresh mozzarella balls
- 2 c pepperoncini’s
- 8 oz salami, sliced
- 1 c marinated mushrooms
Thread the ingredients onto the skewers in an alternating fashion.
