- 1 (12.5 oz.) can chicken, drained
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c no-sugar-added pizza sauce
- 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
Mix chicken, Parmesan and eggs; season to taste. Spread on lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Flip and add sauce, mozzarella, and any desired toppings. Bake at 500°F until top is lightly brown, 8–10 minutes.
