Nutrients in nuts boost energy for four hours.
- 2 c mixed nuts, such as peanuts, cashews and almonds
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 egg white, beaten
- Heat oven to 300°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray.
In large bowl, toss nuts with sugar and spices. Stir in egg white. Spread on baking sheet in single layer. Bake, stirring occasionally, until glazed and toasted, about 30 min. Season with salt. Cool completely.
