Aaron S. Kesselheim, MD, JD, MPH, is a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and a faculty member in the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He directs the Program On Regulation, Therapeutics, And Law (PORTAL), which studies the intersection of drug policy, patient outcomes, and regulation. Kesselheim has authored more than 450 publications and has testified before Congress on pharmaceutical policy and drug regulation.
