Christynne Helfrich, DPT

Christynne Helfrich, DPT, is a physical therapist at Hinge Health, a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In her current role at Hinge Health, she serves as the clinical subject matter expert within the commercial organization. She has spoken at conferences advocating for digital health within the aging population. 

She has been a practicing clinician since 2010. Prior to joining Hinge Health, she practiced in a variety of outpatient settings, worked with collegiate football teams, as well as provided service for in-home physical therapy.

Her professional mission is to encourage movement optimism and inspire hope in ways that help people overcome pain and transform their lives. She believes that one of the best parts of her job is getting people back to doing what they love, whatever that may be. She has worked with countless individuals who have exhausted every treatment and consulted numerous doctors.

However, helping members at Hinge Health receive truly comprehensive care—often in ways they never thought possible—has been incredibly fulfilling.
